Michael W. Luecht
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Luecht oversees the operation of ML Realty Partners. As President and CEO, Luecht is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, with particular focus on investment policy.
Luecht founded ML Capital Ventures, the predecessor to ML Realty Partners, in February 2001 after 14 years at The McShane Companies, a national real estate and construction organization. There he served in various positions, including company President. During his tenure, Luecht helped lead the organization through significant and successful growth, including geographical expansion.
Luecht received his bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola University. He serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Wisconsin - Madison Center for Real Estate and the Executive Committee for the Chicago School of Real Estate Board of Advisors at Roosevelt University. Luecht is a member of the Urban Land Institute and The Economic Club of Chicago.
Mr. Luecht was a Fellow for Leadership Greater Chicago, a prominent organization that promotes diversity in the Chicago area through various business and civic leaders and is on the Board of Directors of the United Way. Luecht is also involved in various endeavors and organizations that promote children’s issues, provide shelter for women and children from domestic violence and help at-risk students attend college.
Peter B. Harmon
Executive Vice President
Mr. Harmon oversees development opportunities for ML Realty Partners, while assisting with the strategic direction of the company. Mr. Harmon is also a member of the Board of Directors at ML Realty Partners.
Previously, Harmon was Vice President of Industrial and Office Development for The Ryan Companies, and also held the position of Senior Vice President for Meridian Industrial Trust.
Mr. Harmon is active with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties as well as the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers. Additionally, Mr. Harmon is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
Harmon has been involved with various community activities, including Habitat for Humanity and Sunshine through Golf, an organization that allows young people with disabilities the opportunity to enjoy golf. Additionally, Harmon has been a youth hockey coach.

Patrick J. Hogan
Senior Vice President
Mr. Hogan oversees debt relationships and transaction execution for ML Realty Partners. Mr. Hogan is also a member of the Board of Directors at ML Realty Partners.
Formerly a Senior Director with McShane Corporation and HSA Commercial, Hogan received his bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Administration from Loras College.
Mr. Hogan is a local community volunteer, youth sports coach and active church member.

Ron Carey
Regional Vice President
Mr. Carey oversees ML Realty Partners' interests in Texas, which includes all acquisition
opportunities. Mr. Carey also oversees the outside brokers who represent the leasing
efforts on ML Realty Partners' Texas properties.
Previously, Carey was a Senior Investment Officer for First Industrial Realty and
a Vice President for Opus South prior to that.
Mr. Carey received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist
University in Dallas.

Michael J. Dolan
Regional Vice President
Mr. Dolan oversees the team of Directors who lease and manage ML Realty Partners'
Midwest properties. Mr. Dolan has been responsible for numerous major lease
signings during his tenure at ML Realty Partners and will continue to represent
the company throughout the brokerage and leasing communities.
Formerly Vice President of Marketing for the ProLogis Corporation, Dolan received
his master’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago
and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah.
Mr. Dolan holds the Real Property Administrator designation,is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and is active with the
Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers. He is also an active volunteer with
the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois.

Mary E. Francissen
Vice President – Controller
Ms. Francissen is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions
for ML Realty Partners.
Previously, she held accounting positions with McShane Corporation and Fischbach
& Moore. Francissen is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with
a bachelor degree in Accounting.

Susan M. Ahlert
Director
Ms. Ahlert oversees a portfolio of ML Realty Partners′ Midwest properties,
which includes managing the outside brokers who represent the leasing efforts.
Ms. Ahlert was a Vice President at PM Realty Group prior to joining ML Realty Partners.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from DePaul University in Chicago.

Ryan T. Hesch
Director
Mr. Hesch pursues acquisitions for ML Realty Partners in the Midwest.
Mr. Hesch was previously a Development Manager for McShane Corporation. He
received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Real Estate from Indiana University.

Nancy Kozinski
Director
Ms. Kozinski oversees a portfolio of ML Realty Partners' Midwest properties, which includes
managing the outside brokers who represent the leasing efforts.
Ms. Kozinski was previously a Senior Property Manager with Equity Office Properties in
Oak Brook, Illinois and Second Vice President at Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler before
joining ML Realty Partners. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications
from the University of Florida.

Krystal Zahniser
Director
Ms. Zahniser oversees the asset and property management functions of ML Realty Partners' Texas portfolio as well as coordinates leasing efforts for the region.
Ms. Zahniser was a Senior Property Manager for AmREIT and a Vice President, Property Management for the Bradford Companies prior to joining ML Realty Partners.
Ms. Zahniser has a Master's degree in Finance, as well as her Bachelor of Business degree from Baylor University.

Timothy Geisler
Director
Mr. Geisler oversees multiple land and building developments for ML Realty Partners as well as pursues new land opportunities for the firm in both Chicago and Texas.
Mr. Geisler was previously employed at The Missner Group and McShane Construction Corporation. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University.
