ML Realty Partners Purchases Two Chicagoland Industrial Buildings

ITASCA, ILLINOIS— Brendan Hill, Acquisition Director of ML Realty Partners, is pleased to announce the acquisition of two single-tenant buildings located at 1565 Hunter Road in Hanover Park and 7100 South Madison Street in Willowbrook. These fully leased industrial buildings total ±101,405 square feet.

1565 Hunter Road is located in the Central DuPage County submarket. Situated on a 4-1/2-acre site two miles from I-390, the property provides direct access to O’Hare International Airport from the west.

7100 South Madison Street is located on the eastern end of the I-55 Corridor submarket. Sitting on a 4-1/2-acre site just one and half miles north of I-55 and three miles west of I-294, the property provides expressway access in all directions.
