Primary Duties

• Work in conjunction with our legal team in the negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements on building and land acquisitions
• Work in conjunction with our legal team during lease negotiations and disposition of assets
• Coordinate transaction life cycle with internal and external parties
• Select and maintain relationships with third-party vendors who assist during transactions
• Compile post-closing documents as needed
